Leonard has over 11 years’ experience in finance management, grant and grantee management, setting up and implementing administrative and operation systems, policy development.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK), Trainings in USAID/CDC Regulations and Policies, and Cooperative Agreement Financial Management. his responsibilities include:
- Preparation of Donor and Management reports
- Ensuring Safe custody of the organizational assets
- Overseeing and coordinating institutional audits
- Management of Grantees
- Implementation of policies and procedures for finance, grants and administration
- Supervision of finance, grants and Administrative staff
- Preparation and Monitoring of Budgets
